PRINCE2 Agile is an agile project management method that combines agile behaviours, concepts and techniques with PRINCE2.
The primary aim of PRINCE2 Agile is to demonstrate how PRINCE2 can be configured and tuned for agile projects.
The PRINCE2 Agile standard and training is ideal for agile project environments seeking a project management method that supports the use of agile behaviours, concepts and techniques and those already using PRINCE2 wanting to adapt it for an agile environment. The PRINCE2 Agile standard is based on PRINCE2 6th edition.
There are many agile product delivery approaches available, though few outline the ‘project management’ elements needed to support an agile project. PRINCE2 Agile provides the complete ‘agile project management solution’.

The PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam:
- 1 hour
- 50 questions, with a pass mark of 60%

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam:

Both Foundation and Practitioner exams are completed online following the completion of the training. Exams are taken online from candidate’s own location using a webcam exam proctor, where an invigilator will be observing them take the exam. Upon registering for an exam, delegates are able to choose from available dates/times that suit them best over a 24/7 service.
PRINCE2 Agile is an extension qualification for PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner. The following have been set as pre-requisite qualifications prior to completing the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Certification exam. Participants must have either: PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, or PMP or CAPM or IPMA Levels A, B, C and D qualification.
